which TLDs support IDN?

Is there a list of TLDs where IDN registration is possible? Can anybody supplu such a list?

Don't know if a current list does exist but, here's an easy way to find a few:

go to domaindiscount24.net, plug an idn in the domain search box, for tlds either select "all" or "IDN", and it will return results on the tlds that support them.

Of course there are more cc tlds that support idn that dd24.net does not offer services for (like .se .hu .gr for example - .hu requires residenship)

Hope this helps. Maybe someone else has a complete list.

and to head off your next question. the reason why .com and .net are absent, is because Verisign hasn't signed up to Mozilla's archaic white-list process.

.jp does not require Japanese residency right? which other local extensions (.cn etc) do not require residency?
