This is almost definite, since the target audience is the .ascii USA investors and not non-USA based investors (who due to .ascii all have a preference for .com or .net).
Any news on the closed door ICANN sessions - was meant to be discussion on IDN.IDN for ccTLDs inclusion in the root as I understood it?
