jp registries drop prices

Is there any residency issues with this registrar Olney, or can they get around it like jp-domains?

I'm beginning to wonder about the residency thing since one of the members of JPRS is going to speak at the DomainFest in California.

What I have found is that transfering between Japanese registrars is a real annoyance.

I can see that & after I move 200 of them & pay for them I'm not moving them.

The issue is also one of being able to push individual domains. At some Japanese registrars, all domains are tied to one account, and can not be individually pushed out, making sales impossible.
