Do all four of these words mean wasabi?

Question.

From the list below which is the best representation of the word wasabi in Japanese?

1. わさび
2. 山葵
3. 本山葵
4. ワサビ

I am developing a directory/guide. Any help would be appreciated.

Use number 1 or 4
Hiragana or Katakana is more widely used.
Many who see the kanji won't recognize it. (This comes from one of my co-workers)
