Our mistake run to nearly 4 figures, but few of them would have been apparent within 5 days. Crass mistakes like the one here can be filtered out by just doing a simple Google Search in languages that are Indexed. Many of investments were not indexed properly for a couple of years which made it hard to know what is good and what is bad. We have now pretty much cleared out all the rubbish.
