Multiple Aliasing is not a problem.
All the system needs to do it look up whether a domain is blocked as the system does when you attempt to register. If the block is in place, then it just forwards the domain to whatever is blocking it.
Obviously, this would require more hardware, but it doesn't sound like a lot of lines of new code to me.
