dots in Japanese words
Japanese 2 words that are normally joined by the dot ・ (e.g. エレクトロニック・ピアノ) , are best registered with or without the dot.
Would the dot normally be used for searching and type ins? Thanks |

Also, I don't really think people use エレクトロニック・ピアノ more often than エレクトロニックピアノ.

Re: dots in Japanese words
I realize your question has already been answered, but I just wanted to confirm what Ryu said. As someone who is currently living in Japan, I can tell you it is extremely rare anyone would search for something like エレクトロニックピアノ with a dot in the middle.
Happy registering.
