The next IDN extension

Any ideas which will be the next extension to go the IDN way...

IDN.Mobi?

.mobi will go IDN once the ASCIIers catch on - maybe a year from now. Then it will fleece them again.

Dot RU is the next in the pipe, but of the gTLDs/sTLDs it will be dot Asia. Landrush for ASCII, however, is year away yet.

Dot Asia is a bust without IDN. Once they realise that then it will go live very quickly.

My view is that main game is Dot Com, the rest is largely just fluff.

If you have any serious amounts of cash to invest then get into the secondary market and buy some decent dot coms before they are beyond your reach.

Dot Ru, Dot Asia and any other IDN release is going to come too late for nickel and dime speculators. The cat will be out the bag, and the big boys will stitch you up like they always have.
