If the order was 中国香港 it would be a little better, as in Chinese places are usually named from large to small (the "Country, City" form is more common than the "City, Country" form)

This is also simplified characters, and they use the traditional form in Hong Kong.

Overall, I'd say it is definitely worth keeping, but not really amazing.

Not really for the few million in HK more for the billion plus on the mainland and of course the country / city form was long gone .

Apparently the spoken and internet language accepts the "back to front" format (Confimed by one of the giant domainers on the forum )
