I came across one Domain parking service

Hi,

I came across into one Domain parking site whypark.com. They are providing non traditional domain parking service. They are saying the sites they are hosting through their server are fully optimized and 100% adsense revenue earning. I want to know will it works ? anybody tried this before and reap the benefit from adsense ? because It seems the articles in those sites are not unique which Search engine will not likes it. Please clarify.
