Olney don't forget India! Culturally and Economically far more significant than France. (well maybe just from an IDNers perspective!)

I think if you Check carefully there is already an Area for Russian. It might, however, be useful to put the local language in local script at the beginning of each Forum Title so that member who struggle with English are more easily directed to where the need to go. Perhaps we could have a local language sub-forum in each area?

We have a lot of IDNs in our language: á, à, ü, ç....and ñ of course
