pending registrar completion for .kr!

I have this status (pending registrar completion) for a .kr idn am trying to register with e3internet.com for a several days now.
is that normal to happen with .kr domains, or it's the registrar problem?
should I go and register them with another registrar, or it's normal period with IDNs .kr??
any help is appreciated

Check the whois:

http://whois.nida.or.kr/

A lot of prime terms are blocked and e3 doesn't tell you, they just take your order, don't charge the credit card and later you see that it's dropped from your pending list without an explanation.

Check that whois. If they're really prime terms and they're unregistered you'll probably see:
"Above domain name is not available for registration."

aha, I got it now, and I was wonder how this term were left without registeration tell date
the problem is that I paid them with paypal balance, I contacted them many times and no answer till now, I think they will send money back after a couple of weeks

any idea why such terms are blocked? when they come available to registration?
