I think they are both Klingon.

Latin-script Klingon uses ascii characters only.

Portuguese is vídeo AND we use video 90% of the time. That's why in latin domains, some are much more valuable the others. Take French, for instance, they write vidéo and use vidéo.

But I really still can't believe this klingon (good name) domains values...

Me and my ackward ideas, I am always looking for some way to differentiate, thus, I clearly remember, a year ago or so, to have stopped for a minute to look at them. And even I thought.. na...how on earth are English people going to type that?! Well I guess I was wrong and typing does not matters, but looks do.
