IDNforums no more lagging
I fixed the issue with the site loading slow.
It was an rss feed parser.
I was using this to display user blogs in the post
since no really used it anyway I took it off the site completely
This was the reason the site was taking time to load.

I can now think about adding a chat to the site but I want to test out some options first...

Nice one.

You might want to think of a 3rd party hosted chat service such as ParaChat or similar, so that it doesn't impact the forum hosting at all.
