That's pretty much it. The thinking is, they are indexed and may receive traffic because of that. Could be a traffic boost to an upstart blog or some sort. Parking traffic, I presume, drops off as the SE's drop them from the index.
I'm waiting for bearstearns.com or ubs.com to drop before starting another site.
