We are pleased to finally be able to give you a definitive date to put in your diaries.

The first of our Elite Auctions will run from the 7th May 2007. Subsequent Elite Auctions will be held monthly on the first Monday of every Month, unless advised otherwise.

This initial offering is aimed at the top end of the market. It will require Qualification of Buyers and Accredited Translation of domains. There will be a minimum Reserve initially set at US$500, but this requirement will rise in line with market forces. Pricing and Lists of Accredited Translators will be confirmed shortly.

For the first Auction, we will shall be accepting only 50 names, in addition to a selection from the Team members. These names will be taken on a first come first served basis, with subsequent names being rolled over into the next Auction, along with any that have outstanding Translations. It is hoped that depending on the robustness of our systems and the satisfaction levels of our Clients, we will be able to go for more extensive listings in subsequent events.

We expect in the coming months to provide one or more separate offering that will cater for good, but not exceptional terms as the market develops. Such Auctions will have less onerous qualification requirements. The owners will be able to provide their own translations, buyers will not be qualified and lower reserves will be accepted.

When can we send in lists? And who decides what's top of the line? ;)

And there is no charge to send in names, correct?

EDIT: Just read the DNL Post. Answered the questions.

Would like to know the same.

- Should I mention the Min price, Asking price when I send the names ?

- Would there be a service fees deduction upon sale of a domain ?

It will require Qualification of Buyers

There are two separate submissions you must do and a sometimes a third if you require Escrow.

You will need to submit the name to the appropriate accredited Translators. A list of which has been published here.

http://www.dnlocal.com/elite_auction/accredited_translators-t2202.0.html

We expect this list to be updated from time to time. You can negociate with people but we have set a maximum price of $20 per name. Other than payment all they need from you is the Punycode and the Language for which you require the translation. In some case you may wish to get more than one Translation from different sources, but the entry requirement for the Auction is a single language.

The Accredited Translator will ensure that the translation is received into our Elite Auction.

Detail of Pricing and Payment are given here:

http://www.dnlocal.com/elite_auction/pricing_and_payment-t2201.0.html

Buyers are qualified by a deposit of US$100 dollars. Unscrupulous behaviour will result in a ban and forfeit of the deposit. Otherwise it is refundable on request.

Further details on exact submission information will be published shortly in the same area.
