Give them a chance! I only launched IDN 101 last year, and they were off sick for the first two semesters.

I can't reach it anymore, either. ICANN has been known to pull documents after a very short time, on several ocassions. In fact, I can't even reach the ICANN server at all.

Pathetic. I remember the joy when I realised that Google was indexing and producing search results for Arabic.
