Yes it supports IDN's. I checked it myself. Although it seems to work like Firefox where it converts the IDN to punycode and displays that in the address bar.

Netscape and Firefox come from exactly the same codebase - mozilla.org.

Why would they behave any differently, when they both share the same core engine?
