This is the most complex idn domain, but not the most complex chinese character, which I was looking for, but unfortunately, not supported by windows. :o

At first glance this reminded me of an intricate puzzle game where you enter at one point and try to find you way out the other side without getting trapped.

It's weird, biang(2nd sound) in mandarin. I don't think i heard another character like that in mandarin? But there's a local dialect term in Singapore, "wah biang!". don't know if you use that in taiwan as well?
