JP OVT Bid Tool on the fritz?

Just today all day I have been noticing the the JP OVT bid tool often brings up no ads for many very good keywords. A few ideas come to mind:

1.Software or database related glitch (possible)
2.Some script related interference that I am not technical enough to explain (??)
3.Japanese companies are no longer advertising (highly doubtful)
4.Yahoo salesforce is having a slow month (also doubtful)
5.Yahoo has another better working bidtool up somewhere else and left this one to rot (possible)

Anyone notice the same thing or something different? Anyone have the inside scoop (Olney)?

i noticed the same thing.

it seems to be sporadic though, I re-checked some of my stats from last year, and the bids are similar (i of course didnt expect them to be the same)

but then I checked a new acquisition of mine and it showed no bids at all, it said this 3 weeks ago and it says it today - no bids

but compare that with big G's traffic estimator and it's a totally different story

For the last month
Overture Japan accounts have been moving over to the Panama Platform.
Migration is complete & I think that's why...

If we move over to Panama will we find our beloved Keyword Bid tool or something else as useful?

What will they have to replace Overture Keyword Tool?
