Perhaps these are silly questions, but I have to find out somehow...
1) Can I register .ru or .ua IDNs? If so, where? (.ru = Russia country code, .ua = Ukraine country code)
2) How can I find out the OVT score for Russian and Arabic keywords?
3) Can I registered .biz IDNs using cyrillics or Arabic?
Many thanks in advance!

2) How can I find out the OVT score for Russian and Arabic keywords?
Russian:

For Arabic you can use US overture- most are less than 100, many 100-300. If you get any score it might be a good term.
Some really good terms can go over 5,000 US ovt but they are rare.
Also check words on google.com/trends to see if it registers at all, and also you can compare words and terms to each other.
Note: google trends is NOT always right...ask a native speaker.
Also, you can register idns you are not sure at dynadot, then put up for appraisal, after that you have about 3-4 days
to "cancel" them if they are not good ones.

1. .ru - No ... .ua - Dont know???
2. For Russian. Similar to US Overture but for Russian:
http://wordstat.yandex.ru/advq?rpt=ppc&shw=1
For Arabic US Overture and Google Trends:

http://www.google.com/trends
3. No

Thanks a lot for this advice!
ask a native speaker
I am a native speaker of both Russian and Arabic, so that won't be a problem. In fact, if anyone needs assistance with either language - just let me know. ;)
