Let me explain again.

If you bid, you are then given a reasonable period to complete the deal or the deal is considered dead. Any reasonable person can understand that.

This lot was only put up because they were expiring. You only noticed that you didn't have your domain when they were posted. If I hadn't posted, they would have expired and you would have been none the wiser or I would have had to renew. Am I expected to hold your future risk indefinitely.

When I was approach to consider the matter the bid was already with someone else. It was a legitimate bid. I did not feel it appropriate to stop the auction.

By the time you had thrown your toys out of the pram, the winning bidder had not only bid the BIN but had sent the money from his records of my accounts.
