Adelson's Sands is building a casino in Singapore ready by 2009. Another casino will be ready by 2010. Anyone living in a casino city sees any opportunity? Real estate near the casino? Commercial, website?
Real estate is already too expensive as it is everywhere with the bubbles.
I'm now watching the real estate mortgage market in the US, if it really collapses, Asia is going to be hit. China, however invincible it seems now will also be hit by the contagion effect.
But i think this will create a big opportunity here with the casino. Anyone familiar with monaco?
