hello

I have some questions about .jp

1, Can everybody reg .jp/co.jp domains??
I mean is there any law problem ? some ccTLD must be native reger, and must company.

2, Do the Ascii.jp/co.jp and IDN.jp/co.jp cost the same reg price??

thanks

.co.jp is only for a company registered legally in Japan.

.jp They say you must have a residency in Japan but many do not, & they don't seem to care much.

ASCII.jp cost more

IDN.jp costs less

Is the place most members are using in English.

The .jp registry states that the Registered Agent must be a Japanese address.
A few people are taking a risk (some are even registering at Value domain and using jp-domains.com business address as their own.) :o
For my 2 cents it is worth the extra cost to use jp-domains.com to handle your business. They are quick and
responsive to emails etc. and their service is legitimate and meets the guidlines of the jp registry.

With the prices at jp-domains being 3 times higher than those at value-domain, can you blame anybody?
