ALL IDN.cn (http://search.cn.yahoo.com/search?lp=inurl%3Axn+site%3Acom&p=inurl%3Axn+site%3Acn&ei=UTF-8): 100,000

This is not 100% accurate because there are ASCII domains containing the "xn", but gives you a pretty good idea number of .com and .cn IDN domains out there.
