Hi guys

I have just joined this forum today, and am impressed
with the quality of some of the discussions; I hope to
become an active contributor myself...

Anyway, the browser IE7 is apparently out soon and,
given its importance to every IDN speculator/investor,
why not lets have a dedicated IE7 m/board or forum?..
Just an idea :-)

Cheers

Richard

Hi Richard, welcome aboard.

Look forward to your contributions.

IE7.0 Message board seems like good idea. My latest understanding is the IE 7.0 will go Beta2 on December 17th and that we can expect the final launch around March. Any update?

OK I'll make a new board for Browsers
That way we can examine mobile browsers too.

Let's keep abaove the rest...

Hi Dave

I hope you are well, and many thanks for the welcome :-)

Well, if the story posted at:
http://www.vnunet.com/vnunet/news/2141649/microsoft-france-slips-vista

...is to be believed then the final version of IE7 will be released
'the first week in december', which will co-incide with the beta 2
release of Vista.

If this is correct, then some of you guys may want to pencil this
(approx.) date in to your diaries and keep a check on it as, for some
of you, it could very well mean a mega-boost to your hit counters...

(IE7 had, previously, been scheduled for release in summer 2006,
but it does look like it will be with us within the next month; be
prepared folks, the final release of IE7 is the biggest constructive
measure to hit IDN. period).

I have found this which appears to be less optimistic on the dates for EI 7.0
