Namedrive Revenue

Just wanted to give people a little news about some of my Russian domains at Namedrive. I know we're all not very happy about the low PPC our IDNs are currently earning, but there is good news and hopefully a sign for the future. This months I've gotten the following click on several of my domains:

$0.98 click on valves.com
$0.69 click on nyu.com (short for nude I think but could also be 'new' as in 'new york')
$0.65 click on finland.com
$0.79 average on 2 clicks for freeporn.com (go figure)

There aren't many of these clicks but I think we can all see the potential. Sure beats those $0.03 clicks (though I still get plenty of those).

I've also got 9 Russian names there that have had over 100 visits and zero clicks :(

How long have you been using NameDrive?

I am asking this because ND is well know for giving very high PPC earning when you start using them and then after some time the PPC misteriosly go down to the .01 and .03 maximum.

I have been using SEDO for years with the usual .03 clicks, and have also started using ND now. Let's see if the rumours are true and our PPC doen't go down. Hope not. :)

I may be imagining things, but I'd swear a lot of the cyrillic keywords I put in have been removed. I also note that the ones left display as ???? which may indicate that the keyword field cannot handle UTF-8 encoding.

Looks like English keywords in there would be better for now.

Jose - I've been using Namedrive for over a month now. Revenue for IDNs is largely dependent on where the click comes from. If a person from Russia clicks on an auto dealership ad based in the USA, you'd likely see a $0.01 revenue as they would be unlikely to purchase a car from this dealer. Native ads will hopefully improve that. And native language ads will hopefully improve CTR.

I think i'm gonna move my names away from namedrive.... They pay like 2c a click for high value words no thx

Try this: go to owd get a template, copy paste domain related content from wikipedia and use adsense. I've done that sucessfully with 2 domains.

I have some chinese IDN and parked on the ND two weeks ago,but there have nothing view and clicks.

what's wrong with me ?

I'm also in the same situation as lunn: parked my chinese IDNs in Namedrive (2 days ago) and still no impressions. Is there anything wrong there?
