The .com was reportedly sold for $ 3 million.

According to inside information and an adult industry website, the high-traffic, NSFW domain name freeporn.com has been sold. The members of the site speculate on the sale because of the changing of whois information. It is somewhat safe to assume though that the domain has changed hands since it is now in an escrow account. As one member points out “escrow = sale”.

Insiders in the adult space have confirmed with Domain Name News that the domain name was being shopped to prospective buyers with a $3 million price tag. Our sources have also identified the buyer as Webcams.com. I’m sure more details on this sale will be released soon.

Yeah, but that doesn't fill the spot in my heart I have for 2-3 domains that I won't ever be able to own. They have sentimental value yet not even mine :). Oh well, still thankful!. Maybe one day!

Well perhaps you don't know the right therapist! :p
And never say never. If you have enough A listers you might be able to pool them up someday
and do a trade for your favorite AAA. (or should I say XXX) lol
