The only other non .com listed on this week's Top 20 was a very impressive IDN sale. Dave Wrixon of Chinese Domains Ltd. sent #14 東京.net ("Tokyo" in Japanese Kanji characters) to Bill Winans of IDNBrokers.com for $10,000 in a sale that was made at DNForum.com.

In a pair of private sales, MetaFusion.com sold RedFM.com for $4,150 and Joshua Lin sold IDN domain 大分県.com ("Oita Prefecture" in Japanese characters) to fellow IDNForums.com member Edwin Hayward for $1,380.

I just wonder how those reporters confirm the deals, and if all were really actual sells…

The business of reporting (dnjournal.com) is solely based on checking and re-checking the info provided, making sure all is legit. That's the core of the business. That's where the reporter spends 98% of the time. Their reputation, honesty and living is at stake. And I think dnjournal.com has earned it over the years.

Publishing numbers is the easy part.
