"The names presented here weren’t selected on the basis of fame, net worth, or the accomplishments of yesteryears. Instead my goal was to identify people whose ideas, products, pioneering accomplishments and industry insights have or are changing the world of domaining. A remarkable who’s who of the domain industry."

Congrats Olney , you are amongst some of the most elite on that list.

The wink was to acknowledge the blatant inaccurracies. That is not a list that I wish to be mentioned on anytime soon!

Someone once told me that if you have nothing nice to say, don't bother saying anything at all.

Kudos Olney.

The opinion is that of most of us here. It is also a bit of recognition to all of those that had the foresight
to get into IDNs a good bit before they were fashionable. And best of all, good postive press for IDNs.
Congrats to you Craig.

Congrats Olney!

It looks like he stole his text from my (much earlier) article - http://idncyclopedia.com/idnf.html - but it's no big deal.

You should be honored to be on the list.

A lot of the text appears to be from Wikipedia? Did he attribute it?

congrats Olney,

Given the authors style of copying the business 2.0 list of the top 50 that matter. In 2006 they did a top 10 that don't matter. So maybe next year we should have a list of the top 10 domainers that matter and a top 10 list of domainers that DONT matter. Any thoughts on who might move from this years list to the ones that DONT matter next year. :p
