It's a typo, but it's probably a common one. Judging from other sales of 1-word .tv's like this, i would guess maybe low to mid $xxx. But that's if you can find someone willing to go for the typo.

At second look, it may not be a typo in French? Either way, that doesn't really change the appraisal, IMO.
