Going through my lists and I found these leftovers. Can anyone help with translations? Some have Chinese meanings, too. Keep or drop?

テ.net --> Te - Hand?
ョ.net --> Yo - Evening? Night?
ら.net --> Ra - They?
る.net --> Ru - The? Bend over?
丶.net --> Chu?
丿.net --> Hetsu?

低.net --> Tei - Low? Base (of exponential, logarithm)?

chinese means

低.net mean "Low"
"兄弟" or " 兄长 means "Brother" "兄"Is the abbreviation
"勉" not mean "Working hard" I think It has little means.But is not accurate enough
急 mean “Urgent”
映 I think that can be understood as Reflects
暑 Another is called Hot
特 is Specialization the acronym
研 is Research the acronym
社 1.a loosely used "suffix" in names for various organized bodies
2.a generally accepted "suffix" for the names of cooperatives, news agencies, and newspaper offices

My English is bad

Oops i made some mistakes. Let me edit.

you are correct about 兄 and 急. 兄 means an older brother, and 急 urgent or sudden.
勉 can be a first name of male japanese.

everythings else is barely used in Japanese without another kanji, hiragana or katakana attached to it.

OK. The single character hiragana & katakana.... How many hiragana and katakana characters are there?
