Does ND have Yandex ad inventory?

Does anybody know if ND has Yandex ad inventory, or only google? Same question goes for SEDO.

Google has bad russian inventory, i put up a russian minisite but it displayed only public ads. Any better idea for minisite?

Yes, this is why I was asking if ND has a Yandex feed. Yandex has decent ad inventory.
