It is the transliteration into Japanese of "Designers" in what I would describe as a possessive of "Designer" rather than a plural. In Japanese you can see sometimes that a "Designer Home" is called a "Designer's home". The real transliterated word for "Designer" in Japanese is デザイナー without the ズ. Still personal opinion is 50/50 on whether you would keep it. It isn't pure garbage and it is related to realestate.
