I know single characters are iffy at best (save a few real killers), but some of these I would call really good, esp. 墨 (ink) and 棺 (casket). 兆 (trillion) 益 (profit) and 告 (ad), I think are keepers, too.

Not sure, though.

Would one of our Japanese experts please comment on these characters as domain names: if they are acceptable as standalone domains and mean what I think they do; if they are pronounceable and meaningful, and not just added onto other chars. to change the meaning?

FYI: all of the .coms are taken, and all of the .nets save two are taken. It's time to start re-budgeting for renewal season, and I'm trying to cut the fat.:)

TIA.

Yeah, I don't know if it was that high, but I picked some of these up because of the OVT, regardless of the translation. It'll be hell finding an affiliate program for that one though, eh?

If it was me, I would renew these:
墨 (ink)
棺 (casket)
益 (profit)

"告" when used alone, doesn't mean ad.(at least my dictionary doesnt have such an entry)
