No, Bush said there wasn't going to be a Repression, he said told us the Economy has Solid Foundations, after all it is built on the bottomless pit he has managed to squander.

I would be more concerned about the foil coming off all those chocolate bars the Fed is storing in the basement, but even then, Dubya has been promised more by the Easter Bunny! :p
