Need help with Ename.cn transfer

I'm hoping someone can help me with a .cn transfer from Ename.cn. I believe I have initiated a push from my Ename.cn account to a new Ename.com account. However, when I try to accept the transfer I get a timeout error. I'm emailed Ename support several times and received no response. When I check the name status at CNNIC, it says ClientTransferProhibited. Do I need to unlock the domain? And if so, can someone point me in the right direction? Navigating the menus at Ename.cn is a real bear. Other than that I'm ready to give them a call.
