I don't honestly see me buying until the market starts rising which could be three or four years out at least. Besides I am looking at buying more in Czech Republic where I think there is a hell of lot more value. Lenka just picked up one for $100K. I would like to buy something around $500K, you know the sort of thing, indoor squash courts, function rooms, heated swimming pool, steam room. You get the picture. I am also interested in doing some development projects.

Having said that developing a real-estate portfolio has to be on the "To Do" list!
