Help me understand IDNs

Here's the skinny:

I just bought my first idn at enom. It's a russian word.

If I change dns to my server and put up a webpage, will the displayed url (in the browser address window) be in Russian?

Yes, if you are using IE7 it ought to be displayed in unicode.

It is displayed as punycode in FF, unless it's a ccTLD.
