I'm looking for an .cn Chinese IDN registry outside of China with relatively low price and good service, the most important thing is that CNNIC won't be able to delete my domain for some stupid reasons if it is registered through a registry outside China, am i right? any recommendations?

I think most use Dynadot, their bulk pricing program will save you a bit on each registration.

Most here would probably agree that CCNIC has full power over .cn regardless of where you register. Some names you register will get kicked back almost immediately if CCNIC decides it belongs on their restricted list. Some of the Chinese domainers say if you have the name for 15 days it is safe; I recently read there is a 2 year protest period. Bottom line is that there is probably that there will always be some risk with .cns, but up to you to decide if the opportunity is worth it.

Here it is from CCNIC.

Article 2, Item 2- Unless the subject matter of the request for protection has been recognized by the relevant authorities as a well known trademark, domain name dispute resolution authorities shall no longer accept a domain name dispute two years from the entry into effect hereof if the complained domain name was registered before the entry into effect hereof, and two years from the registration of the domain name if the domain name was registered after the entry into effect hereof.

There has been some very interesting .cn threads here...let me see if I can find you a few memorables for good reading.
Here are a few for starters on .cn, .com vs. .cn, etc. One of the members who is pretty well up on .cn IMO is member "Chinastar".
You might pm him with questions.
