Nice sale, a bargain for the buyer. Appears the seller many have held a % as well, since it says they have acquired "controlling interest". Wonder why 9 months after the sale the domain name is inactive, not even to a parking page. Seems they would at least put up a simple landing page with "Coming Soon" teaser.

Not the most decent web site, but they are located in downtown Sydney, I'm tempted to check out their office and what they do.. :P
