Why alexa rank is so high?

If you check it on Alexa.com you can see a whitehouse.gov traffic details
It looks like gluing of your domain with whitehouse.gov

I see now... I don't know... But I just checked another parked domain of mine,
http://www.alexa.com/search?q=trabalhar.com and it feeds rank from yet another my domain, telecharge.net.
Alexa really need to put their act together...

I think it can be achieved if you have a permanent redirect to another high ranking site for a while time

I certainly have not done any redirect to whitehouse.gov.
I remember having the same issue now with my domain segurodevida.com which would rank high but that was not my concern at the time. Alexa was displaying info that it was some business association and showing totally different site.
