Yep, it is people like you that give the rest of us a bad name.

Not sure how the dispute resolution procedure works in Russia. Seem to remember something about Thallium.

Is around 40'40" time point...
He talks about Russian language and business... and then about how the internet is still mainly in English (and even he himself often searches in English still... he implies that this is not great)
He goes on to say that Russia is now pushing for Russian domains in "Cyrillic characters" (i.e. Russian) and this he feels should facilitate / widen the understanding of the Russian language worldwide.

Basically it shows his support for IDNs in Russian and his believe that they are important (which is good for us all I guess :) )
