That is good traffic for Hindi idn at this stage. For the most part it was 0 until about 18 months ago...now a trickle.
Most mainstream dictionary words get only 3-10 per month, and a few of those might be bots. :(
I'm still betting that Hindi domains will be big, especially within the mobile space. Gonna be a waiting game though.
