Yes I agree, but governments will try anyway and they will have to reply everytime.

No, but they should have sufficient independence to ensure an adequate supply of name to all to prevent the US Government hampering everyone else on the Internet and thereby impeding not only their democratic but also economic development. It is time to the tell the Commerce Dept to butt out!
