You might get the odd Southern Republican to believe this, but I don't think anyone else here was ever going to be this naive.

Not asking for translations, I am asking you to substantiate the ludicrous claims that 40% of the population of Arabia are Christian. Did you get this from the CIA Handbook?

Arab Christians are people who speak Arabic and have the religion of Christianity.

Most Christian Arabs live in the Middle East, where Islam is the biggest religion. The largest number of Arab Christians are in Egypt (around 8 millions). In Arab populations of these places (the Americas, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, and America), a big number of these Arabs are Christians. In Brazil, there are more than 12 million Arabs, and most of these people are Christian.

So basically your claim of 40% of Arabians being Christians works on the assumption that Arabia consists of Kazakhstan and the Lebanon?

Great stats, by which you have conclusively proved your previous 40% "stat" was a prime case of "lies, damned lies, and statistics".....

Even including Kazakhstan in your stats, which sounds pretty dubious to me for an Arabic language domain, you can only come up with 15M to 25M Christians ....

What is that 40% of? Half of Egypt? :)

Really - if you want to participate on this forum, you need to be a bit less loose with your "facts". This isn't eBay or NamePros or DNF ya know.

I can only think of two possibilities for someone that has lived in the region for 30 years to suggest 40% population of Arabic countries is Christian:

1) You are entirely stupid, or
2) You deliberately tried to inflate the "stat" to boost your sale

Actually, its probably (1) AND (2) , not (1) OR (2)....

Do you want to buy christian.com from me in Thai for $2000? I've read on the Net somewhere 40% of Thailand is Christian.

I wonder if that has been adjusted for George W. Bush's "liberation" of Iraq?

Pretty much all the Christians bugged out, and Dubya killed of about 5% of the remaining population.

Nice guy.
