koreans seem to be really early adopters of internet stuff.
when i was there a couple of years ago i saw two idns in korean on the front of mom and pop type shops

Early adopters of something that won't work because of their govt mandated tie-in to IE6.

Thanks. I just copied the URL from your post and pasted on my Firefox and the name resolved to:

현금영수증 apparently means cash receipts.

I seem to remember that a fairly large percentage of domains registered in S Korea were IDNs .. High teens If I remember correctly.
