I have a lot of experience with IDN websites and Tradedoubler, already made fat stacks of money with them. After a few years experience, I will share what I have discovered (btw, content in all three languages below are all written by native speakers):
1. Finnish advertisers almost always approve a micro/mini site.
2. German advertisers reject 60-70% of site applications, but there are so many advertisers that it doesn't really matter.
3. French advertisers almost never reject any site.
