There is a fat bureaucrat somewhere out there who just lost 10kg from jumping of joy.
The only equipment Afganistan has is hands, and that is used to collect opium not gold and minerals.

Yeah, but 30 years ago they had manufacturing industry that could actually use they king of thing. Now they are more interested in ground beef and latex for the rubber band flipping industry. I am not sure how many precious metal go into paper clip chains?
