KT Dom - Does anyone know anything about them?

When doing Whois searches for Korean names, I've come across this company that owns about 50,000 IDNs which are mostly .kr but also occasionally .com & .net as well.

They have the website KTDom.com but does anyone know much about these guys?

I always figured they were a registrar...but guess not. Here is their home site, mostly a news portal it appears.
